The Role
Sadagiri Home Health Services Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and dynamic Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient care across home healthcare services. The candidate will be responsible for managing clinical teams, maintaining care standards, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day clinical operations and patient care services.
- Manage nurses, caregivers, therapists, and clinical staff.
- Ensure quality standards, patient safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Review patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and families for seamless care delivery.
- Handle escalations related to patient care and service concerns.
- Train and mentor clinical staff on protocols and best practices.
- Monitor documentation, audits, and clinical performance metrics.
- Support recruitment and staffing of clinical personnel.
- Implement process improvements to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing / BPT / MHA / MBA Healthcare or relevant clinical qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in healthcare operations or clinical management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of NABH standards and home healthcare operations preferred.
- Computer proficiency for reporting and coordination.
