The Role
Sadagiri Home Health Services Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Superintendent to lead and supervise nursing operations for our home healthcare services. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of patient care, manage nursing staff, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, and support smooth day-to-day clinical operations
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure delivery of quality nursing care to patients in home care settings.
- Develop and implement nursing protocols, policies, and standards.
- Conduct regular audits of patient care documentation and service quality.
- Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, patients, and families for effective care plans.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of nursing personnel.
- Monitor inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, infection control, and safety standards.
- Resolve escalations related to patient care or staff concerns.
- Prepare reports and updates for management.
Requirements
- B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing / GNM with relevant supervisory experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in hospital or home healthcare management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of NABH standards and healthcare compliance preferred.
- Computer proficiency for reports and documentation.
